Media Alliance was saddened by the resignation of Van Jones, the Chair of our Board of Directors in 1998, from his green jobs advisory position in the Obama administration. Now it looks like Mark Lloyd might be the next target. A union of conservative pundits, including Fox TV's Glenn Beck (of "Mexinol" infamy) has been aiming their fire at several Obama administration figures, and celebrated last week's resignation by Jones.

Efforts are underway to coordinate a progressive media response to the onslaught.
