Update: CPUC Hearing Thurs May 26th at 505 Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco at 9am.

Public comment will be taken at the meeting, so please come down. Advocates are asking that comments be pointed directly towards the need for the Commission to engage in a detailed and comprehensive proceeding that examines all of the public interest issues involved with the merger and hears from a broad range of stakeholders in an open process.

An earlier community forum co-sponsored by the Greenlining Institute and TURN matched community voices from all over the state with AT&T California president Ken McNeely and CPUC commissioner Catherine Sandoval. The attendees later sent the enclosed letter to AT&T Chairman and CEO Randall Stephenson requesting his direct engagement with the public interest advocates.
