After BART was severely criticized for shutting down cell phone service after police brutality protests followed the shooting of an unarmed man at BART's Civic Center station by the BART police, digital freedom activists Anonymous staged energetic weekly demonstrations, often shutting down BART service for all or much of an evening.

Review the policy and make comments here.
