It's that time again. MA members, we need you to vote in our board election and ratify some bylaws changes.

As a member, you'll receive an email invite to submit an electronic ballot and we encourage you to do so. Even through there's no spicy mudslinging, we still need to make quorum so please go ahead and fill out the enclosed online ballot.

Your ballot will be checked against the membership roster and no member will be permitted to vote more than once, however enthusiastic you may be about our board candidates.

The (4) board candidates in 2012 are all incumbents and are requesting the support of the members for an additional 2-year term: Alfred Kielwasser, Phavia Kujichagulia, Samantha Calamari, and Oriana Saportas.

The Board of Directors has updated the Media Alliance bylaws, primarily streamlining the annual election process to allow for electronic balloting and relocating the organization on paper to Alameda County. The 2012 bylaws draft is attached. We hope it meets with the approval of the members.
