Wiretap Magazine, in partnership with the Nation Institute, is accepting applications for a new fellowship program. This is an eight month subsidized fellowship for entry level reporters to improve the coverage of independent arts and culture in America. One fellowship for a writer, the other for a video/photojournalist.
