Leaders in Washington this spring will decide whether to send more guns and helicopters for the war in Colombia. On Monday April 20th people in a half-dozen cities across the US will present 4,000 paper cutout dolls, each representing 1,000 of Colombia's four million displaced people. This symbolic action is intended to raise the profile of the Colombia's crisis and the need for anew US policy.
