One of the great "unanswered questions" in nonprofit technology is "What tools, platforms, and processes should we use to manage our members/supporters/contacts/relationships?" While literally hundreds of software systems exist to meet such needs, it is challenging for many organizations to specify and select appropriate solutions, and harder still to know which solutions will age well and prove sustainable in the long run.
The Nonprofit CRM Roundtable will create space for those exploring and considering CRM platforms, as well as those with experience and knowledge to share, to come together for shared learning, discovery and answers. The goal is for participants to leave with a better understanding of their options, as well as the best practices and processes that can help them achieve a successful CRM deployment or migration. This highly interactive, dialog-driven session will invite participants to bring their questions and needs, compare stories and experiences, and collectively build knowledge and capacity around this essential topic. Participants can choose which breakout session to attend on the day of the program.
