Poets and Writers sponsors this contest open to poets and fiction writers who have have published no more than one full-length book in their genre and have resided in california for two consective years prior to the date of manuscript submission.
Winners receive a $500 honorarium, all expenses paid trip to NYC to meet with agents and editors and a public reading of their work in Spring 2010.
