A 3-week fellowship program offering 3 weeks of reporting with travel and lodging costs and a weekly stipend. Five journalists from the Latin American and Caribbean regions will have the opportunity to develop direct sources of information, enter into direct contact with public and private institutions, and experience in situ how Washington works. Fellows will be given a desk in the WP newsroom. Applications due by June 30th.
