As an entertainment lawyer Daniel is an expert on the landscape of media law. He will be presenting on issues that come up frequently at CMCM - questions about copyright, licensing and fair use. Other areas of media law that he will talk about are remix, new media, and the Internet. Daniel Riviera has been involved with hundreds of projects ranging from Academy Award-nominated documentaries to major motion picture releases.
