Workshop participants will take away: How to think strategically about impact evaluation Examples of techniques and experiences from programs across North America How to develop leadership capacity through evaluation Practical ideas for using findings to engage audiences and shape future program development Presented by: Steve Patty, Ph.D. is founder and principal of Dialogues In Action, LLC, a consulting firm that helps leaders of organizations rethink the development of people. Josh Leonard has worked and studied in the field of human development for 15 years. In various leadership roles at the YMCA of San Francisco and Silicon Valley, Josh has created programs and led teams to grow and stretch their self-concept, capacity for leadership, and ability to function as a team.
