Author and activist Roger Burbach will discuss the recently released book (named above) he co-authored that looks at the current efforts of Bolivia, Cuba, Ecuador, and Venezuela in building 21st century socialism. This is the first of a monthly series of forums on timely, important developments in Latin America that will be held at Café La Peña. The interactive series is organized by CENSA, the Center for the Study of the Americas. Mark the 3rd Wednesday of each month if you want to keep abreast of issues in the region.
