The filmmakers artfully allow the stories of the four doctors and their patients to shape the film without outside influence such as factoids or data points to drive audience conclusions. Each story is unique and is used ethically – that is, told wholly, personally, and not used out of context towards any political end. The goal of the film is greater understanding, the purity of which allows the audience no choice but to listen.”
