The legalization of marijuana, one of California's most profitable crops, is coming into question with the State struggling to make ends meet and solve the budget crisis. While some believe legalizing marijuana would be the solution to the mounting state deficit, others believe there are unforeseen consequences that might be more damaging to society. This discussion presents speakers advocating both sides of the argument, guests include the founder of Oaksterdam University and Oakland Civil Liberties Alliance, Richard Lee, and the El Cerrito chief of police, Scott Kirkland.
