Amnesty International USA hosts a discussion that provides an opportunity for the public to discuss topics at the intersection of counterterrorism and human rights, including accountability for U.S. torture, Guantanamo closure, Bagram and indefinite detention with members of the military community, lawyers and counterterrorism. Panelists that are from Amnesty International and the U.S. military and UC Berkeley will answer questions.
