Carolina Dutton and Dale Sorensen were part of a Task Force/SOA Watch delegation to Chile. The delegation also traveled south to the region where one half of the Mapuche population resides. There they were able to visit political prisoners and witnessed firsthand the repression of the Mapuche by the Chilean government who accuse them of "terrorism" when they try to take back their lands that have been stolen by the Chilean government.
