The Point follows two pre-teen friends as they produce "block-witness news", a news show that highlights the overlooked aspects of their block and the people they love. In the midst of urban blight and environmental hazards, they navigate through the obstacles to tell stories, until tragedy strikes close to home. The Point was shot on location in the Southeast Quadrant of San Francisco with the help of local organizations, businesses and residents.
