Carolyn Jung is an award-winning food and wine writer, who is also trained in hard news reporting. Over the years, her work has won a dozen awards, including ones from the prestigious James Beard Foundation and Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism. Currently, she contributes regularly to the San Francisco Chronicle and San Francisco Magazine.
